Notary Apostille Agents & Facilitators Nationwide!

• You must have a National Notary Association background check (within the past year) uploaded to your Signing Order profile

• You must carry a minimum of $100,000 Errors and Omissions Insurance and it must be uploaded to your Signing Order profile

• You must have a good quality score ranking in Signing Order or recent training that can prove that your past errors/transgressions with signings and customer service have been addressed

• You must have a certification from John Nelson's, Apostille Training Company to be placed highest on our partner's list.

  • We will accept only one other training company which is Judi Lawrence's, Lawrence Institute for Notaries, however, at this time this certification will not rank as high on our list as John Nelson's training.

    • No other Apostille training courses are accepted for our approved list at this time.

• You must be listed in SigningOrder.com and have the following:

  • Your profile must be 100% complete on Signing Order

  • Your training qualifications related to Apostilles must be listed in your Bio

  • You must tick the box within your profile that states that you conduct Apostilles

  • You must upload your certification from John Nelson or Judi Lawrence to additional credentials located in Signing Order. 

• You must have taken and passed Unlimited Ink Notary's FREE Onboarding test which covers our business policies as well as basic Notary skills.
